Data is stored in physical form (test drive data, employee data), all other data is stored in electronic form on the company's computer: data about employees is stored on the computer of the company's human resources manager, test drive data is stored by the office manager in physical form.

We store your personal data throughout the entire period of your service. Also, after the end of the service for at least 8 years, taking into account the following reasons:

To answer questions and complaints;
To ensure the fulfillment of the obligation provided by the warranty sheet;
To fulfill the obligations defined by the legislation.

Your data may be stored for more than 8 years if we are deprived of the possibility to delete it due to the relevant legal grounds.

In accordance with the Georgian Law on "Personal Data Protection," you have the right to:

Request confirmation whether your personal data is being processed, indicating the basis for processing, the purpose, and storage periods;
Access your collected personal data;
Request correction, updating, and/or completion of incorrect, inaccurate, and/or incomplete data;

Also, the realization of other rights guaranteed by Chapter 3 of the Georgian Law on "Personal Data Protection."

We act in accordance with Georgian legislation, which may be the basis that we cannot satisfy your request and cannot delete your personal data. Such obligations may arise from tax legislation, consumer rights protection, and other relevant legislation.
